New Paramedic Build
I was looking at all the P/W builds and figured I might be able to best them. The build below is primarily for PvE (can be adapted to PvP quite easily if needed) and is solely for support (healing/energy).
Ok, here we go -
Motivation - 16 (12+1+3)
Command - 13 (12+1)
Leadership - 4 (3+1)
Tactics - 0 (0+0)
With the following skills (broken down by type) -
Motivation - Energizing Finale, Finale of Restoration, Mending Refrain, Song of Restoration {E}
Command - Never Surrender, Go for the Eyes
Leadership - Anthem of Flame
Tactics - Watch Yourself
Should be played as followed -
Max Armor (Duh) with Centurian Insignia on all pieces; wielding, for example, The Mindclouder (or any staff with +15e, +5e^50% & +30hp).
Start by casting Mending Refrain on all party members. Spam Anthem of Flames to keep it up permantely. Cast Energizing Finale and Finale of Restoration just prior to battle.
Once in battle, spam Anthem, Watch Yourself, Go for the Eyes and Song of Restoration (remembering to recast the Finale's when needed). Cast Never Surrender when most of party is taking damage/degen (like with disease on party).
As one notices, this build just spams shouts/chants to keep a nice constant heal and e-boost throught battle. Song of Restoration there for the big heals and Never Surrender there to compliment Mending Refrain (which will be on all indefinitely) when some nice AoE spells occur or what not.
As I've noticed with other Paramedic Builds, they try to focus on covering all bases (Condition Removal, Hex Removal, Etc.); while in this build I figure the best way to be effective is to simplify and improve healing. Leave Condition and Hex Removal for a Monk (they're better at that anywho).
Granted with Go for the Eyes and Anthem of Flame there is a lil damage per second; but that's simply to keep chants reapplyed for healing. Please comment on what I have, ways to improve, or if you have luck with this build. The way I look at this build is that one can hench/hero PvE and, by switching Song of Restoration for Crippling Anthem, have fun in PvP (only if accompanied by, oh let's say, a RC or Boon Prot Monk).
Again, please comment, I'm interested in what the rest of the world has to say about this random thought/build I had.
